After 8 years working across marketing agencies (big and small) I kept seeing the same problem play out for founders. They were overwhelmed, unclear on what was actually working, and watching months pass without any real movement. Marketing kept getting pushed to the back burner, or worse, they'd finally invested in an agency and come out the other side feeling burned, with little to show for it.
The issue was never the brands. It was the way agencies worked. Too slow, too disconnected, and too focused on looking busy rather than delivering results.
So I built Swish Studio around a completely different model. One where you stay in the driver's seat of your business, every service is designed to compound over time, and the people doing the work are genuinely invested in your growth, not just managing your account.
