Emro Designs

THE CHALLENGE

When Emro Designs engaged Swish Studio, the brand had a powerful vision to celebrate and share First Nations culture through homewares but lacked the strategic marketing support to bring that vision to life at scale. Their messaging was heartfelt but inconsistent, and their organic channels weren't fully leveraging the emotional power of their products. They needed a partner to help translate their cultural integrity into cohesive marketing that built both community and conversion.

Our Solution

  • Developed and implemented a fully integrated organic social strategy focused on storytelling, education, and community

  • Overhauled email marketing flows and campaigns to better reflect seasonal relevance, storytelling themes, and product education

  • Launched new campaign concepts including the Deadly Mob series spotlighting First Nations creatives and leaders to strengthen cultural representation and emotional connection across all touch points

  • Crafted carousel and reel content to highlight meaning behind designs, artist collaborations, and the role of storytelling in home styling

  • Created seasonal product-led and impact-led campaign rollouts for NAIDOC Week, First Nations Business Month, and Emro’s Birthday celebrations

  • Worked alongside the Emro team to develop visual brand cohesion, aligning content creation with cultural milestones and product launches

  • Positioned Emro as a leading voice in meaningful, ethical, and intentional design within both consumer and commercial markets

Testimonial

"Swish Studio doesn’t just manage our socials, they understand our mission. They’ve helped us translate culture into every post, every email, every campaign. The Deadly Mob series has been a beautiful way to elevate others and build deeper community connection.
